HOW TO MAKE A GOOD POT OF TEA

    1. Use freshly boiled water, not reheated or reboiled. Water quality is very important.

    2. Warm the pot with steam or rinse the pot with hot water.

    3. Measure the tea carefully into the pot.

    4. Pour the boiling water over the tea. Stirring the pot is optional, stirring will give a stronger liquor + flavour.

    5. Brew + remove the infuser [if black or green teas] for recommended time before pouring. Do not let the tea ‘stew’ as this releases tannins + destroys the flavour.
